Delivery & Returns

Product Delivery

All items unless otherwise specified are sent via Royal Mail's 2nd Class delivery service. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery.

Delivery is deemed to take place when Royal Mail hands over the product to the customer, thus fulfilling the contract of sale.

Late delivery of products does not entitle the customer to do any of the following:

• (a) Reject the products
• (b) Cancel the order

Returns Policy

In our 14-day returns policy, the customer is entitled to return an unwanted item within 14-days of sale for a full refund. Refund will be subject to testing and if the item is returned in the same condition as sold.

In order to prevent abuse, Playable Media Store reserves the right to limit the number of returns from a specific customer.

Playable Media Store will only accept products returned that are:

• (a) Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase for the products.
• (b) Returned products to Playable Media Store should contain all items included in the original product.

All returned products need to be tested and the fault verified before any refund or replacement can be issued.
